Apple Balsamic Vinegar

This vinegar is made with apple juice from the Trentino region in North Italy. The apple juice is mixed with the real Balsamic from Modena. These two delicious products mixed make a sweet, syrupy, sticky Balsamic with an intense apple flavor.
The family business that produces this ridiculously good vinegar, has its own vineyard. The grapes are carefully pressed into the best grape must before it’s skillfully combined with good white wine vinegar. That’s how the vinegar gets its unique low acidity. The grape must is conserved in oak casks and the last step of the process is adding the apple juice to the vinegar.
Suggested pairings: - Black Truffle EVOO - Porcini extra virgin olive oil - Roasted sesame oil (or another nut oil)
Uses: - Serve over stewed pears - Pair with goat cheese - Drizzle over ice cream
