This superior quality first-pressed olive oil is obtained from olives with rosemary extract. The olives are harvested in the period between October and January and processed into oil within hours (no more than 8 since picking) using the ‘’cold-pressing method’’. This traditional process produces high-quality olive oil with a low acidity. Only natural rosemary flavorings are added to this extra virgin olive oil.
Rosemary pairs well with a wide variety of foods, which makes this Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with rosemary an ideal staple in any kitchen.
