Rose Cava Vinegar 250ml

This rosé wine vinegar is made from Cava wine and is essential for the kitchen. The vinegar is produced by passionate vinegar makers in Catalonia, Spain. The family business has been making vinegars using traditional methods since 1908.

Combine with our Nocellara EVOO and Dijon mustard for a delicious vinaigrette. Perfect in salads with mild flavors, such as lamb's lettuce, strawberry, cucumber and fresh basil. For something unique and elevated, chop a small red onion and add it together with 4-5 tablespoons of Rosé Wine Vinegar. Let it steep for at least 10 minutes and then you have the most delicious oyster vinaigrette!
