This white wine vinegar is made of Chardonnay wine and is essential for every kitchen. The vinegar is produced by one of the most passionate vinegar producers in Catalonia, Spain. The family business has been making vinegar since 1908 using traditional methods.

Only the best specific grape varieties are used for this wine vinegar. The grapes are harvested at the right moment of ripeness for a balanced flavor between sour and sweet.
