Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 1 L Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
- 2/3 Cup Castillo de Canena Olive Oil
- Black Hawaii Salt
- 1 Mango
- 5 Mint Leaves (Garnish)
- Italian Novello (In place of Castillo de Canena)
Method
- Peel the mango and cut it into slices.
- Fill 4 bowls with 2 to 3 ice cream scoops each.
- Pour a generous splash of Castillo de Canena olive oil over the dish
- Garnish with mango slices, some mint leaves and Black Hawaii salt.
