Award-winning olive oil from sunny South Africa. In the northern hemisphere, olives are harvested at the end of the year. So, we are used to having a new harvest ready mid-winter. In the southern hemisphere, the seasons are reversed. That's why we can now enjoy a new mid-summer harvest, thanks to the Rio Largo.

And we reap the harvest, because the Rio Largo gives a wonderful, natural sophistication to all your dishes. Delicious in salads, vegetables or pasta. And our absolute favorite for dipping ciabatta. Combine with White Balsamic Vinegar, Passion Fruit Vinegar, Cranberry Vinegar, Marc de Champagne Vinegar.
Dressing tip: 1/3 vinegar, 2/3 olive oil. This can obviously be adjusted to fit different palates.
