Fill a large glass with ice. Add the prosecco, Limoncello Vinegar and sparkling water. Finish with lemon and mint.
Fill a glass with ice. Add the tonic water and Gin Vinegar. Make it festive by adding fresh raspberries or cucumber.
CRANBERRY BOURBON COCKTAIL
- -1 – 1 ½ TBSP CRANBERRY VINEGAR
- - 3 TBSP BOURBON
- - 1 TO 2 TBSP MAPLE SYRUP
- - 1 1/2 TBSP GRAND MARNIER
- - 2 ORANGE SLICES
- - 5 CRANBERRIES OR SUGARED CRANBERRIES
- - SPLASH OF CLUB SODA
Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Add the cranberry vinegar, maple syrup, Bourbon and Grand Marnier.
Shake vigorously, strain into a glass filled with ice. Add a splash of club soda.
Garnish with an orange slice and cranberries floated in the drink or sugared cranberries skewered on a toothpick.
In a bowl, combine the cream and sugar. Using an electric mixer or a whisk, beat until stiff peaks form, then beat in the mascarpone cheese and vanilla until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
In a trifle bowl, layer crushed amaretto biscuits, then marscapone mixture, then peaches. Drizzle some Amaretto vinegar. Repeat this process until filled.
