The truffles come from the Italian forests and grow underground. Truffles cannot be cultivated. Therefore, they are collected by seasoned truffle hunters, who, thanks to the good nose of their specially trained tracking dogs, are able to track down this special natural product.

These summer truffles are suitable for elevating and refining the taste of snacks and dishes. Cut wafer-thin slices over pasta, meat or salad with a cheese slicer. Or grate super fine and stir a little into your favorite mayonnaise for homemade truffle mayo. Don't forget to use the liquid from the jar: this 'juice' is very tasty with pasta or in a dressing.
