Did you know that the citrus taste of oranges is the perfect match for the mild taste of avocado? Make your own salad dressing by combining this vinegar with our Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil and drizzling it over a salad made with iceberg lettuce, avocado, cherry tomatoes and, if desired, grilled shrimp or chicken.
To make the traditional Italian Spritz drink, combine 3 parts Prosecco, 1 part sparkling water and 2 tablespoons Italian Spritz Vinegar in a large wine glass with lots of ice. Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy this slightly bitter and invigorating drink. Want to mix a refreshing mocktail? Leave out the Prosecco!
