This grapeseed oil comes from Washington State. It’s a wonderful high-temperature oil that is ideal for grilling, baking, frying, and more. The neutral taste of grapeseeds means that the spices (dried chili, garlic, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, and cilantro) are at the forefront. Wonderful in desserts, wintery salads, and with red meats.

Date Vinegar is somewhat thicker in consistency and sweet, with the characteristic aroma of dates. The vinegar contains date syrup and balsamic vinegar from Modena. Delicious in salads with dates, goat cheese and nuts. Try a dash in a beef stew. This vinegar is also fantastic with sweet dishes, for example over ice cream or in cakes!
