Moroccan Grapeseed Oil

This grapeseed oil comes from Washington State. It’s a wonderful high-temperature oil that is ideal for grilling, baking, frying, and more. The neutral taste of grapeseeds means that the spices (dried chili, garlic, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, and cilantro) are at the forefront. Wonderful in desserts, wintery salads, and with red meats.

Apple Balsamic Vinegar

This vinegar is made with apple juice from the Trentino region in North Italy. Delicious in a dressing over a winter salad with greens, nuts, soft goat cheese, raisins, bacon and mushrooms. You can mix the dressing with some cinnamon and nutmeg to give it an extra wintery flavor. Great to give stewed pears a luxurious feel or use it as a topping on ice cream with some roasted pecans.
