Grilled Pork Chops with Mango Salsa

- 4 Pork Chops, bone-in

- 1.5 tbsp Jalapeño Grapeseed Oil

- 3 tbsp Texan Steak Rub

- 1 Mango, diced

- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, chopped

- 1/2 small Onion, diced

- 1/2 cup fresh Cilantro, chopped

- 1 tsp Lime Juice

- 2 tsp Mango Pulp Vinegar

- Salt and Pepper, to taste

1. Mix 1 tbsp of grapeseed oil with Texan Steak Rub. Coat the meat with the marinade and let rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

2. While the grill is preheating, combine the mango, cherry tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

3. Grill the meat until cooked (internal temp of at least 145°F), about 5 minutes on each side depending on the thickness of the chops.

4. Plate the pork chops and top with the salsa. Serve and enjoy!
