We love an impromptu party at Oil & Vinegar and our line of herb mixes is perfect for getting the party started. Use what you need and save the rest in the cupboard. It’s perfect because they are dried herbs, they won’t go bad waiting for the next party to start! A basic dip is made with half a cup of sour cream, half a cup of mayonnaise and a tablespoon of the herb mix. If you want a stronger flavor add more mix, if you want a softer taste, use less mix or add more mayonnaise.
Our herb blends are inspired by the cuisine of the Mediterranean. This trio takes you on a journey through Spain, Greece and Holland! They add flavor and inspiration in a matter of minutes. Use these mixes as a dry rub, as a sauce or added to the sauce for additional flavor. The possibilities are endless.
This trio has our Patatas Bravas Dip, Tzatziki Garlic Dip, and Allioli Dip.
