Top quality extra virgin olive oil with the beautiful, earthy taste of black truffle! The olive oil is produced in a small village in the West of Liguria. Made from Leccino, Frantoio, Peranzana and Taggiasca olives. Preferably used cold, for example as a finishing touch to a salad, risotto or pasta. Also very tasty over boiled or fried potatoes. Or dip a fresh baguette in it with some sea salt, enjoy!

A very special and fresh herbal vinegar from the South African estate Rozendal. Made naturally with years of aged red wine vinegar and organic lavender. Delicious in a salad, for example with goat cheese and strawberries. Another tip is to use this vinegar with (roasted) lamb or game. To do this, heat the vinegar in a pan until it caramelizes into a slightly syrupy sauce. Truly delightful!
