Black Hawaii Salt with Mill 119g

This pure Hawaiian sea salt is traditionally harvested from Pacific waters and is enriched with charcoal. This gives the salt a black color and a mild smoky taste. The bottle contains a grinder as the cap so that the salt can be ground immediately.

Thanks to its color, the salt is a wonderful final touch to a dish. For example on risotto or eggs. Note: the salt can be used for cooking, but we recommend adding it at the very end to preserve the beautiful color and structure. The salt is also delicious on a scoop of ice cream in combination with extra virgin olive oil.
