This luxurious truffle mayonnaise was specially developed for Oil & Vinegar. The recipe is inspired by traditional Belgian mayonnaises; deliciously creamy with a refreshingly tangy taste. The mayonnaise is enriched with over 1% pure truffle. That may not seem like much, but more truffle is not necessary at all. Truffle has a very powerful, yet refined taste.
Truffles cannot be grown on a farm. They are collected by seasoned truffle hunters, who are able to track down this special natural product thanks to the good nose of specially trained tracking dogs. Truffles are a true delicacy!
