Roasted Sesame Oil
Wonderful oil with an intensely nutty flavor made from slow-roasted sesame seeds. Delicious in Asian wok dishes, noodles and chicken salads.
We recommend using this beautiful oil cold so as not to lose any flavor. If so desired it can be heated to 300 °F.
Combine with White Wine Vinegar or Lemon Vinegar and mustard for a dressing. Delicious drizzled over poke bowls, over salads, or as a dip for bread.
TIP: Make a salad using rocket, pear and chopped nuts with a dressing made up of Roasted Sesame Oil and White Wine Vinegar or a Fruity Vinegar.
