Origin: Toledo, Spain Taste: Traditional Provençal Herbs
Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with traditional herbs (thyme, oregano, basil, tarragon, lavender, marjoram, sage) from the Provence region of southeastern France. The olives are harvested in the period between October and January and processed into oil within hours (no more than 8 since picking) using the ‘’cold-pressing method’’. This traditional process produces high-quality olive oil with a low acidity.
This olive oil was made by a family firm with its own olive trees in the Spanish province of Toledo. The company was founded in 1872 and is currently run by the fifth generation of olive farmers. The passion of the farmers is conveyed through the oil's incredible taste.
