Ginger Yuzu Vinegar

Origin: Moselle, Germany

This strong and fresh vinegar has a beautifully bright yellow color. The vinegar is made from a combination of apple, ginger, and yuzu, with the latter two flavors most prominent. It is one of the most widely consumed spices in the world! Yuzu is a citrus fruit that resembles a combination of grapefruit, lemon, and tangerine.

 - Roasted Sesame Oil
 - Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil

Applications:
 - Mix with your favorite oil with a little honey for a salad dressing
