Making your own fresh pizza is very easy with this Italian pizza flour. This flour for fresh pizza contains strong wheat proteins (gluten) from the durum wheat. As a result, the flour absorbs a lot of water, which ensures that the dough is stronger and can therefore rise longer. The result is a wonderfully airy and tasty pizza base, ready to be sprinkled with the most delicious ingredients.

How to Use

Make the pizza dough with the flour, a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of sugar, seven grams of dried yeast, and 250 to 300 milliliters of lukewarm water. Lett the pizza dough rest for an hour and a half under a damp tea towel, after which it can be rolled out into the desired shape. Place the pizza base on a greased baking tray and then the toppings can begin. Start with tomato sauce, add fresh ingredients and herbs to taste and garnish with (mozzarella) cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for twenty minutes to half an hour.
