Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 1lb Preferred protein (beef or chicken recommended)
- 1/4 cup Whiskey Vinegar
- 1/3 cup Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil
- 2 tbsp Whiskey Mustard
- 2 tsp Smoky BBQ Mix
- 1-2 tsp Habanero Chili Sauce (Optional)
Method
- Combine all ingredients until well mixed.
- Toss protein in marinade until thoroughly coated. Cover and let rest in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes and up to 24 hours.
- Cook protein accordingly.
- TIP! For a sticky glaze, when cooking (either in the oven or grilling) periodically mist the protein with Whiskey Vinegar.
