Ingredients and Method
- Sprinkle an ample amount of Lemon & Herb Rub over the salmon and let rest. Prepare the noodle salad before grilling the salmon. Slice the spring onions into thin rings and chop the fennel coarsely. Place the noodles, soy beans, spring onion, and Roasted Sesame Dressing in a bowl. Mix well and then top with the furikake.
- Grill the fennel and sear the salmon (skin facing up) quickly on the barbecue. Use a spatula to carefully turn the salmon over so that the skin faces down, and grill until cooked. The skin will get crispy, protecting the salmon.
- Once you’ve turned the salmon over, baste it with the Teriyaki Lime Sauce regularly. Once the salmon and fennel are ready, serve and enjoy!
