Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- Soft Cheese (Brie or Camambert)
- Selection of hard cheeses
- 2 cups Grapes
- 1 jar Truffle Honey
- 1/2 cup Dried Fig and Orange Spread
- Mini Grissini
- 1 cup Walnuts
Method
- Choose a few nice cheeses and set them on a serving board. Dress the serving board with grapes, walnuts, and Mini Grissini.
- Drizzle the soft, white cheese (Camembert, Brie) with some of the Truffle Honey and mix if desired.
- Serve the Dried Fig and Orange Spread in a small dish to accompany the hard, more pungent cheeses.
- Serve before or after dinner.
