BBQ Corn on the Cob



No cookout is complete without some fresh corn on the cob. We love to add our Lemon & Herb Rub to add a little WOW!

Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 4 cobs Corn
- 1 tbsp Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil
- 6-8 tbsp Lemon & Herb Rub
- Butter
- Salt & Pepper
Method
- Heat the BBQ at a medium temperature.
- Cut off the ends of the corn cobs and remove the leaves and possible threads. Boil the cobs for about 10 minutes in salted water.
- Mix the Lemon & Herb Rub with the Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil and coat the corn with it. Let it marinate for a while.
- Grill the corn on the BBQ for about 10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with a dab of butter and enjoy!
