Pesto al limone (lemon flavoured pesto) Mamma comes from Sicily and is made according to a traditional Italian recipe. The pesto has a very refreshing taste because of the added lemon. Delicious with grilled or cooked fish, salads, tomatoes, sandwiches, rice and pasta. After cooking the pasta, put it in a warm serving bowl and add a few tablespoons of the cooking water, Pesto al limone and Bonsecco Extra Virgin olive oil.
