With this new Olive Tapenade you have a new must-have during for your appetizer moments. This tapenade is inspired by the tasteful Pomodori seche variant, so success is guaranteed!
The tapenade of green olives is made on a family farm in the mountains of Calabria, at the toe of Italy's boot.
Only the highest quality products from the region are used in the production. The vegetables and herbs used in the tapenade are planted, cared for and harvested by the family itself.
Only when the olives have absorbed enough Italian sun will they be picked. The olives are then seasoned with sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, anchovies and garlic.
Delicious on a slice of freshly roasted ciabatta for a super fast and tasty bruschetta. Also delicious in pasta dishes, on top of a white fish from the oven or to mix with your favorite (Italian) dressing. Mix some Basil olive oil, Tomato pulp vinegar and a little Olive tapenade and you have the ultimate dressing for every Italian salad.
TIP! If you want to keep the tapenade a little longer, pour a layer of neutral extra virgin olive oil over the tapenade so that the spread is completely covered.
