All of the oils are made from Ogliarola Barese olives and Coratina olives from a traditional family business in Apulia.

This olive oil tastes delicious in salads, for example in a fresh couscous salad with lots of fresh vegetables, feta, and mint. Also perfect to use for making a tropical marinade for fish from the barbecue, for example whitefish. Or replace the butter in your (lemon) cake with Extra virgin olive oil lemon and a little yogurt. End result: a creamy cake that melts in your mouth!

This olive oil is perfect to drizzle over your pizza when it has just come out of the oven. And of course also as a finishing touch on your Italian pasta! Also delicious over roasted vegetables from the oven or as a bread dip in combination with some drops of balsamic vinegar.
