Liguritio Olio EV di Oliva
Cultivated with care, this Ligurian oil represents its region well. Recognizable in its gold wrapper, its strong character, yet delicate flavor makes a great addition to any dish.
The name Liguritio is diverted from the region Liguria, also called the 'Italian Riviera' or 'flower Riviera'. This is the smallest region of Italia (7 km width and 100 km long), and be adjacent to France. The Costa Azure, is situated in the corner of Genua on the Tyrrhenian sea. This region consists of the mountains the Alps and the Apennines. Only 10% of the landscape is flat and about half of the region is covered with forest.
The olive oil is obtained from the first pressing. The pressing occurs mechanical and by means of cold pressing.
