Fine Fish Rub 65g/2.3 oz
Delicious herb mix for sauteing and grilling fish. With sea salt, onion, dill, fennel, parsley and a tangy hint from lemon rind. Nori flakes (seaweed) lend a special salty taste to the mix.
Rub a generous amount of dry rub directly onto your fish before grilling or roasting or add extra virgin olive oil to the rub to make a marinade. For the best results, allow it to rest for about an hour before using. You can also sprinkle some olive oil onto the fish and then add the rub. Store cool and dry, away from direct sunlight.
