Allioli comes from Spanish Catalonia and is historically the oldest and most popular of the garlic sauces from the Mediterranean region. The name allioli is a combination of the Catalan words for garlic (all) and oil (oli). The sauce is made from the highest quality olive oil, garlic, and salt.

Recommended Uses:
 - as a dipping sauce for picos
 - on toasted bread
 - with meat
 - with fish
 - with crustaceans and shellfish
 - as a base sauce for other sauces


Delicious with fried mushrooms with white wine and a few drops of lemon juice!
