• Mix 3 tablespoons of Bruschetta with 6 tablespoons of hot water. Let soak for 5 minutes, and then stir in 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil. Ideas for using traditional bruschetta topping: • Spread the prepared bruschetta mix on a baguette, toast or grilled bread; top with grated cheese or melted mozzarella. • Add the prepared bruschetta mix to ground beef for tasty herb meatballs • Mix a little Bruschetta topping with sour cream for a perfect baked potato topping. • Sprinkle the Bruschetta mix dry on lasagna or in pasta sauce for an intense flavor. Add a bit to eggs for an Italian inspired omelet. More recipes: • Herb butter: combine the prepared bruschetta mix or just the dried herbs with softened butter. • Herb Mayo: Mix two parts mayonnaise with one part yogurt and a spoonful of dried bruschetta • Bruschetta dip: mix the prepared bruschetta topping with cottage cheese to create a delicious, healthy dip for fresh ggies. • Seasoned olives in oil: marinate olives in oil combined with dry bruschetta mix, then use the herb flavored oil in dressings or cooking. • Steamed fish with herbs & lemon: place fish on a sheet of foil. Sprinkle with dry bruschetta and then add sliced tomato, leeks and sliced lemon. Fold the foil over into a pouch and bake.

Dipper Olive Oil: Mix 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil with 1 teaspoon of Dipper. Use for bread dipping, or cut small slices in the top of a baguette, brush with the seasoned olive oil and bake lightly. Vegetable dip: Mix mayonnaise and sour cream with a teaspoon or two of dipper for a tasty vegetable dip. Dipper marinade: Mix extra virgin olive oil and dipper to taste. Marinade meats or fish and grill or broil. Brush on to chicken and grill. Dipper breading: Season breading with a few teaspoons of dipper. Use to bread chicken, or fish for baking and frying. Dipper seasoning: Sprinkle dipper in lasagna or pasta sauce for an intense flavor. Dipper & eggs: Add dipper to omelets, quiche, or scrambled eggs Dipper savory pancakes: Add dipper to pancake or crepe batter, cook in olive oil and top with pesto, bruschetta mix or any of your favorite toppings.
